Here's the recipe, you A-Lister: Raw Vegan Zatar Hummus Yield: 1 quart 3 cups raw cashews or macadamia nuts, soaked 2 hours 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil 1/2 cup raw tahini 1 teaspoon sea salt 1 1/4 cups filtered water 1 clove garlic, crushed Blend all ingredients in a high-speed blender until very smooth and creamy. Add a little extra water if you desire a thinner consistency. Then top with: 1 tablespoon raw hemp seeds 2-3 pinches red or green Zatar spice Dash of smoked paprika Dash of white truffle salt (optional) Serve with organic vegetable crudites, flax chips or crackers.
